Dr. Lisa Käde has been working as a lawyer for JBB Rechtsanwälte (Berlin) since 2023. Her legal practice focuses on issues in the field of machine learning and Artificial Intelligence as well as Open Source Software. In her doctoral thesis (“Kreative Maschinen”, Nomos 2021), she researched copyright-related questions regarding AI and approaches in computational creativity. With a background in both IT and law, she strives to bridge the gaps between the disciplines.
