CLion’s inline documentation popups can be useful - until they keep appearing while you are simply trying to read code.
In this episode of the CLion series, Jesper Pedersen shows how to disable documentation popups that appear when moving the mouse over symbols, macros, and Qt APIs. You will also learn how to access the same information deliberately through Quick Documentation, including how to assign it to F1 and move CLion’s conflicting “Search Online” shortcut to Shift+F1.
