KDAB had a last minute invitation to join The Qt Company as a Qt partner at SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg, which turned out to be well worth the effort.
SPS IPC Drives is a huge exhibition, focusing on electric automation and packed with hardware manufacturers, software providers, cabling and much more.
We observed many manufacturers struggling with the burgeoning demand for “the iPhone experience” on products that had previously flown out the door with just a red button as an interface. The perfect moment to bring their attention to Qt as a robust alternative framework to .NET in a rapidly growing market.
